Hugo joined Manx Telecom in January 2022 having previously held senior positions as CTO for Telkom Mobile, and CTIO for Openserve, both part of Telkom South Africa. Hugo has 22 years of telecommunications experience across Mobile, Fixed, Enterprise and IT networks, having held various positions at Telkom, Vodacom and Nokia Siemens Networks. Hugo holds a M.Eng. degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
